Packing:  All items in our collection are imported from European craftsmen. Most Tannenbaum Treasures ornaments are packaged in boxes of 6 pieces or (for the smaller designs) in boxes of 12 pieces. To purchase a selection, click on its picture and add the required number in the quantity field. Click "Add To Basket." You may purchase as many of the same item as you like in any multiple of 6 or 12 items.

Returns: Returns for any reason, need to be sent back within 15 days of receipt.  Be sure to notify us by email or our contact from to request a refund or return authorization. You should not return any item without contacting us and without obtaining authorization and the return address. No refunds or returns will be authorized after 15 days of shipping of the product.  Any non-defective merchandise return will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping fee and your refund will be less the shipping charges and the restocking fees.
