BigShopple.com is a an American distributor of brandname items. Please note that we are not the manufacturer of any of the products we carry. Depending upon our convenience, our products are shipped from various places in the USA. Therefore it is imperative that before returning any item/s to us, where we allows returns, you have to contact us and obtain a return authorization number, the return shipping address and any additional guidelines we may specify about the packing or the manner in which the return should be made. No refunds will be made if you do not comply with these guidelines. So please read the following information carefully, before you make your selections, as we offer a diverse range of products and our return policy varies from product to product.
We accept returns on many products subject to some terms and conditions which are mentioned below. We may post our return policy at various places on our website. Where the return policy is specified in the product details page, it will override what is stated here. If return policy is not specified anywhere, it may either mean that returns are not accepted on such items or you may have to contact us to ascertain the return policy terms.
1. Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned.
2. We may mention our return policy either here or on the product information page or in the category page. You should return the items only after contacting us and obtaining the return number and to the return address we specify. If your return is accepted, you may either get a store credit or an actual refund, according to your choice.
3. All returns must be in saleable condition and returned in their original packing, in new condition, and with the original packing materials. You should also indicate the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip and include it with the returned items(s) to ensure proper credit to your credit card. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please indicate your order number and the reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it in with the returned item(s).
4. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items, unless the return was due to our fault, that is, only if we have shipped you a wrong product or a defective product. If you have received a defective product, please make sure that you document it correctly and take a picture of the item in the condition in which it is received and put it in the return package along with the packing slip.
5. For purchases made using gift certificates, you will only receive store credit.
6. All glassware items of Bellissimo brand, are subject to 25% restocking fees and $5 handling charges. The following terms apply.
6. For all cookware items there will be 20% restocking charges on all returns. You must obtain a R/A number before returning any items. Items should be returned unused and in their original package to the address we specify. Customer will be responsible for 2-way freight (out and back). Only product in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized.
7. All Handmade Emerson Pottery items are only accepted with prior factory approval and after obtaining Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Number must be printed on outside of each box and sent to the designated address prepaid. NO returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of shipment. A 20% restocking fees will be charged on each return. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Merchandise returned without prepaid shipping will not be credited and they will not be accepted.
8. Returns on Fragrances: Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt to the address we specify when you contact us. In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained by contacting us through your member account. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. No refund will be made if merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition and package. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. So please make your selections carefully. All returns must be shipped back to the address we specify using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) Any package that has not been received by without tracking information will be the sole responsibility of the shipper and no refund will be made for such returns.
We do not accept returns on Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items for health reasons, even if the items are unused or unopened. Therefore please choose your items carefully while placing the order/s.
9. Returns on Veratex Items: No returns are accepted unless you receive an item in error or in damaged condition. So please choose your items carefully.
10. Returns on GMG Glassware: All claims MUST be made within three (3) business days of receipt. We issue replacements, credits or refunds. A return label may be issued. Replacements are always shipped via regular GROUND shipping. Any product returns for reasons other than breakages in transit or defects may be returned at customer’s expense. Only cost of products will be refunded. Customer will incur all shipping charges.
11. For all Meyda Tiffany products a 35% restocking fee applies to any unauthorized returns and any returns other than damaged/defective goods. Custom made items, items made in the USA and parts under $25 are not returnable. You must obtain a return authorization before returning any product. For items received in damaged condition, please take a photograph and contact us. We will either issue a store credit or reship the same items as per your choice.
12. For Fengshui Décor products, please note that we do not accept returns, unless the item are received in damaged condition. If the item is received in damaged condition, you must contact us immediately, at the most within three business days from the date of delivery, to notify us of the damage, and include as much detail about the damage as possible. Please do not throw away the shipping box and packing material, because the carrier may need to examine it, or you may need to repack it for shipment. Please take clear and detailed photos of the damage and send it to us along with your notification. Once your notification is received, we will send you the information about how to return the damaged item. Please do not return the item until your return is authorized and you are notified of the return address. We reserve the right to take the damaged item back and pay shipping costs to have the damaged items returned to the designated address or negotiate with you for a partial refund or price adjustment.
13. Returns on Consumer Electornics - Tivax: We do not accept any returns on these products since the manufacturer of the Tivax products do not accept any returns unless the products are defective, in which case they will be replaced. We therefore request you to make your selection carefully.
14. Blancho Bedding: Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. We will NOT accept any washed or damaged returned products. All return items must be in resalable condition including original packaging, ribbon, and cardboard. There will be a 10% charge of your product price for re-stocking if any accessory is missing. Anything which is wrapped in vacuum compression bag such as pillows and comforters, it can NOT be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off. If the item you want to return has been purchased over one month, there will be a 35% charge of your product price for the late return.
15. Correia Art Glass: These items are custom made by an artist. These items are not returnable. We therefore do not accept any returns on these products, unless they are damaed in transit and a claim for damages is lodged with the carriers.
Proof of Delivery
We do not accept any responsibility for failure to take delivery when the goods arrive at the desginated shipping address. We do not entetain any claims for reshipments or refunds, where the shipper's trackling information confirms that the shipment has been delivered with proof of delivery or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any shipments sent to a wrong address provided by the customer during order placement.

BigShopple.com recommends you use UPS or Insure Parcel Post for your return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return of your item(s) is a result of our error, BigShopple.com will arrange and pay for return shipping charges. Please send an email through your member area or to customerservice@bigshopple.com to report a return of product due to our error and to receive special shipping instructions. The shipping charges for all other returns shall be paid for by the customer.
Credits/Refunds
Your return will be refunded to your credit card upon receipt of your returned item(s). Please keep a copy of your original order or order number until proper credit has been applied to your credit card in the event it is needed for tracing purposes. Once we have processed your returned item(s) and refunded your credit card, we will notify you via e-mail.
How to Return An ITem ?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account. View the order by clikcing on the "Completed Orders" link in the right panel under My Account menu. Look for the Return Item(s) button and click on it. Fill in the form and send it to us. Once we receive your request, we notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
