Bigshopple.com is a 100% US based American distributor of quality household items and brandname products in different categories. We ship our products currently within the USA only. Our products are shipped from various places within in the USA. We ship our merchandise according to the method that works best for us. We ship our products via UPS, USPS, Mail Express or Fedex. We may also provide express delivery options at extra charge on certain item. We are fully responsible for the packing and delivery to the address specified in the order. However, we are not responsible for any mistakes or errors made by the customer while placing the order or for retrieving or redirecting any packages once they are shipped. As a matter of policy, we do not undertake this work even for a fee. So please make sure that you provide correct information while placing the order. The customer may however return the packages if they are not happy with the product as per the terms and conditions specified in the return policy. Our shipping charges may vary from item to item as we follow different shipping methods for different products. The shipping costs are prominently displayed at the time of checkout. For some items, we charge flat rate shipping and for some we give our customers an option to choose from different alternatives. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

During Business days, in stock items usually leave our suppliers' warehouses within in 24-48 hours from the time you place an order and shipped via UPS or USPS. All Skin care products and creams may however take 2- 5 business to process and leave the warehouse. If the orders are shipped by UPS you may receive tracking information. Sundays, Saturdays and holidays are not business days. The delivery time may vary from 5 to 15 business days depending upon the destination. Orders placed on Friday in the later half of the day may be processed either on the same day or on Monday. Orders to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, military addresses and PO Boxes may arrive late. Additional shipping charges may apply to all these destinations. It is better to contact us and ascertain correct shipping charges, before placing an order.

As a rule we do not charges handling charges except on digital items. However we may charge local taxes for certain states at standard rates such as New Jersey as per the taxation laws applicable within the USA. Where such taxes are charged they will be explicitly shown at the time of checkout.

International Shipping

Our flat rate shipping costs are for destinations within the USA only. We ship only certain product categories outside the USA. If you are an international customer please contact us about shipping costs and eligibility before you place an order. Otherwise you will be responsble for any costs that we may incurr to cancel the order and refund your payment.
